  1. Facebook introduced a new app known as Whale, which allows you to make your own meme. Yes, the meme culture among young people is huge. So, parents, this is what a meme looks like, You choose an image and put a funny caption on it. Its meant for humor purposes.

2. NBC news reported 400 children rescued and 348 adults arrested in Canadian child pornography arrest. The scariest thing about this is that most people arrested were those that work closely with children. There were school teachers, nurses, priests, and so on. Anyway, parents just be vigilant with whom you leave your kids and be aware of sharing their images online.

3. 76% pre-school children use technology including tablets, smartphones, PCs or laptops, vs. 23% in 2009 . Almost a third use a digital assistant such as Alexa or Siri

Parents just make sure screen time is not being used as a sitter for young children. Be involved in their digital activity and use it for good purposes.
